It appears from the supplemental transcript that the order overruling motion for new trial and showing notice of appeal as
it appears in the minutes of the trial court, in Book No. 14 at Page 272, has been changed with the approval of the trial
judge, so as to bear date of December 12, 1955, instead of December 9, 1955, and that a similar change has been made in Book
No. 14, Page 273, of said minutes whereby the date has been changed from December 9, 1955, to December 12, 1955.
